The Bagabaga College of Education (BACE) has successfully organized a training and official roll-out of its new Human Resource Information System (HRIS) software on Thursday, 24th July 2025, at the Akalifa Seidu Conference Hall.
The program, which commenced at exactly 9:00 AM, was chaired by the Vice Principal of the College, Dr. Zakaria Mumuni Fusheini, and facilitated by the College Registrar, Mr. Musah Zakaria.
The HRIS software is expected to enhance efficiency in managing staff data, streamline human resource processes, and improve decision-making within the college’s administrative framework. In his opening remarks, Dr. Fusheini underscored the importance of adopting modern digital solutions to ensure transparency, accountability, and smooth administration in tertiary institutions.
Mr. Musah Zakaria, who led the facilitation, walked participants through the functionalities of the software, demonstrating how it can be used to manage records, monitor staff performance, and support institutional planning.
The training brought together key stakeholders of the College, including management members, Heads of Department, and Departmental Examinations Representatives, who actively engaged in the sessions and shared their insights on the software’s relevance to their respective roles.
The roll-out of the HRIS marks a significant step in BACE’s commitment to digital transformation and aligns with broader efforts to strengthen administrative systems in Ghana’s colleges of education.
